The Services are intended for adults seeking coaching, clarity, personal growth, and life-redesign support. They are not intended for minors or for anyone who requires emergency, medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, tax, or other licensed professional services.

Contact emergency services, a crisis hotline, or a qualified licensed professional immediately.
You are responsible for your own choices, actions, implementation, and results. Coaching may help you explore options, clarify priorities, and take meaningful action, but all decisions remain yours.
Your results and experience depend in part on your participation. You agree to engage with the Services in good faith, attend scheduled sessions, complete agreed-upon reflections or deliverables, communicate promptly, and take responsibility for your own decisions and actions.
You also agree to participate respectfully and professionally. We reserve the right to pause, limit, or terminate access to the Services if a client engages in abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, unsafe, or materially disruptive conduct.
All purchases made through the Sites or related checkout pages are processed by Stripe or other authorized third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete payment and billing information.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. You authorize Joy Life Project, LLC and its authorized payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your purchase, including any applicable taxes, fees, installments, or agreed payment-plan amounts.
If you purchase a payment plan, subscription, or installment-based offer, you authorize recurring or scheduled charges according to the terms presented at checkout or in the applicable client agreement. You are responsible for keeping your payment method current.
If a payment fails, we may suspend access to the Services until the account is brought current. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us promptly before initiating a chargeback so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue.
All sales are subject to our Refund Policy, available at joylifeproject.com/refunds, and any program-specific refund, cancellation, or guarantee terms presented at checkout or in a signed client agreement.
We do not guarantee any specific personal, emotional, relational, professional, financial, health, or lifestyle outcome. Any guarantee offered by Joy Life Project, LLC is limited to the specific written terms of that guarantee, including the structural Show-Up Guarantee described in the applicable Refund Policy or client agreement.
No statement on the Sites, in the Services, or in related materials should be interpreted as a promise that you will achieve a specific result.
