By purchasing any product, program, or engagement, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted this Refund Policy, our Terms of Service, and any offer-specific checkout terms or client agreement presented to you.
If a signed client agreement or program-specific agreement includes refund, cancellation, payment-plan, or guarantee terms that differ from this Refund Policy, that agreement will control for the applicable engagement.
Joy Life Project™ offers a mix of immediate-access digital products and high-touch private coaching engagements. Because these offers differ in format, delivery, and level of personalization, refund terms are tier-specific.
Our goal is to be clear before purchase, fair in implementation, and deeply committed to the quality of the client experience. At the same time, coaching and personal-development outcomes depend on client participation, honesty, readiness, attendance, completion of the work, and decisions made outside the coaching engagement.

The Show-Up Guarantee described below is a service-extension commitment, not a money-back guarantee. It is designed to ensure that a fully participating client receives additional support if the engagement does not deliver the practical clarity and next-step direction the engagement is designed to provide.

Joy Life by Design™ is a premium private coaching engagement with reserved private coaching capacity, individualized preparation, and a structured 16-week delivery engagement. Because of the nature of this engagement, and because enrollment is preceded by an application and Clarity Call screening process, no financial refunds are issued after purchase unless otherwise stated in a signed client agreement.
If Joy Life by Design™ is purchased through an installment or payment plan, the payment plan is a payment schedule for the full program fee, not a cancel-anytime subscription, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Missed sessions, non-participation, or withdrawal from the program do not automatically cancel remaining payment obligations.

Private coaching time is reserved in advance. Missed sessions, late arrivals, incomplete work, delayed responses, or non-participation may affect your experience and may disqualify you from the Show-Up Guarantee.
Rescheduling terms may be provided in your client agreement, onboarding materials, scheduling page, or written communications. If no separate rescheduling terms are provided, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
Failure to participate, complete program materials, attend sessions, or use available support does not create a right to a refund.
If you cannot access a purchased digital product, workshop, workbook, assessment, portal, video, or other material due to a technical issue, contact us at [email protected].
We will make commercially reasonable efforts to restore access, resend materials, provide an alternate access method, or otherwise resolve the issue. Technical access issues do not automatically create a refund right if the purchased materials or services can be reasonably provided.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Requests are reviewed based on this Refund Policy, the applicable checkout terms, the delivery status of the product or service, and any signed client agreement.
If a refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase whenever possible.
Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days after processing, depending on the payment processor, card network, bank, or card issuer. In some cases, the original charge may appear as a reversal rather than a separate refund credit.
If access to a digital product, workshop, portal, or program was provided before the refund, access may be revoked after the refund is processed.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law or through your payment provider.
